1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using eXXXchanger services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

eXXXchanger provides a Telegram-based USDT TRC20 wallet service that allows users to:

• Receive and store USDT TRC20 tokens
• Send USDT TRC20 tokens to other TRON addresses
• View transaction history

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using eXXXchanger, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Our services are NOT available to residents of the following countries and territories:

USA, EU member states, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan, China, South Korea, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and any other jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited or require licensing we do not hold.

By using our services, you confirm that you are not a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction and are not on any international sanctions lists (OFAC, UN, EU).

5. KYC Requirements

To withdraw funds, you must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This includes providing valid identification documents and passing our verification checks.

6. AML Compliance

All deposits are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening. Funds from suspicious or illicit sources will be blocked and may be reported to relevant authorities.

7. User Representations & Warranties

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have full legal capacity to enter into agreements
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party without proper authorization
• You accept these terms voluntarily and understand all associated risks
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• Your funds are from legitimate sources

8. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your Telegram account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Not use our services for illegal activities
• Provide accurate KYC information
• Comply with all applicable laws

9. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or deception
• Use of funds from illegal sources
• Circumventing KYC/AML requirements
• Any activity violating applicable laws

10. Fees

Deposits are free. Withdrawals are subject to network fees which are displayed before confirming each transaction. We reserve the right to modify fees with notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

eXXXchanger is not liable for any losses resulting from:

• Market volatility or price fluctuations
• Blockchain network congestion, delays, or failures
• Unauthorized access due to user negligence
• Third-party actions or services
• Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, wars, or civil unrest
• Cyber attacks, hacking, or DDoS attacks
• Blockchain network failures or hard forks
• Government actions or regulatory changes
• Power outages or telecommunications failures
• Pandemic or epidemic situations

13. Intellectual Property

The eXXXchanger name, logo, bot, and all related intellectual property are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

14. Electronic Communications

All communications through our Telegram bot, email, or website constitute legally binding electronic communications. You agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notices.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory compliance reasons. Upon termination, you may withdraw your funds (subject to AML checks) within 30 days.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through our bot or website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
